"We love Corfe Castle and visit every year when we holiday in Bournemouth. The walk between the tourist centre and village is not to be missed and the steam train is a lovely trip also not to be missed." --Katy C.

"It's a very big castle with lots of ruins and stuff. I have been twenty times in my life. I am coming during the week of February 16, and will be very excited to be back after two years. See you there again for my 21st time!" --Sandra D.

"Used to visit Corfe years ago when I was a little boy...I am now 45! Always loved the village. The Castle is great as a silhouette as the sun goes down." --Paul B.

"Corfe Castle is one of the finest places to visit in Britain. It has an amazing atmosphere and there are some great walks to do in the surrounding spectacular countryside. For rail and/or nostalgia enthusiasts there is the volunteer-run railway to Swanage which is also just a convenient way to get there! I personally love the night time at Corfe as the view of the stars can be amazing. There are also great places to eat and drink." --Andy from Manchester

"I'm Colombian and I visited England with my wife in January 2010. I spent a season in Bournemouth in the house of an English family... They took me to see the village of Corfe Castle and Swanage. I really feel a great fascination for old buildings and traditions of countries with long history. The villa is very beautiful, called attention to the doors of houses so small in size, this village is like a fairy tale village, and the ruined castle, with its ancient history and the unfortunate destruction by Cromwell... Really worth visiting Corfe Castle, it's a historic gem that has all the aesthetics and the English class." --Ivan

"The castle was amazing. Great views of the Dorset countryside and a great sense of history. My little daughter enjoyed it immensely." --Anonymous
